Plexus is working with a big institutional crypto infrastructure player looking to strengthen their security function at a senior level.
They are looking for a Blockchain Security Lead to own the security strategy across their on-chain systems and lead a team of specialist blockchain security engineers.
Role:
Leading a team of blockchain security engineers
Defining the blockchain security strategy
Performing and guiding smart contract security reviews across multiple chains
Driving risk assessments and architecture reviews
Auditing existing and upcoming partnerships and infrastructure for vulnerabilities
Requirements:
10 years in engineering / security engineering with crypto experience
Has managed or coached senior security engineers
Hands-on with Solidity and Rust and cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
