Bathshack is seeking a Branch Manager for the Lisburn showroom and clearance outlet. You will own sales performance across the branch, coach your team, and balance customer needs—from clearance hunts to full showroom purchases—and drive a high-energy, target-driven culture.

With uncapped commission and a clear path to progression, you’ll lead operations, nurture key accounts, and represent Bathshack in the local market while ensuring stock presentation, health and safety, and excellent service.
