Revolut is seeking a Senior AML Risk & Advisory Manager to join our Financial Crime team. You will lead global AML advisory for launches and expansions, shaping risk assessments and enabling compliant product development across the business.

In this role, you will drive control-by-design, assess customer risk, data gaps, and system coverage, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Engineering and Audit teams to strengthen our AML posture across regions.
