EMEA Sales Commissions Analyst

Johnson Controls is seeking a Commissions Analyst to join the newly established EMEA Sales Performance Management team in Manchester. You will manage monthly and quarterly commissions, validate calculations, and ensure timely payments across the region.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR and Sales leadership, analyse compensation trends, and produce reports to drive performance improvements while upholding governance and data accuracy.
