TheRole

The teamspecialisesinEmployers'LiabilityandPublicLiability(EL/PL)claims,handlingabroadcaseloadoflitigatedmatters.Youwillplayakeyroleinmanagingandsupportingasmallteamoffeeearnerswhilealsomaintainingyourowncaseloadofmixed-valueclaims.

CandidatesbasednearBirminghamorSouthWalesareofparticularinterest,althoughapplicationsarewelcomednationwide.

KeyResponsibilities

• SupervisingandmanagingasmallteamofparalegalshandlingvolumelitigatedEL/PLclaims
• Providingtechnicalsupervisionandensuringfilesprogressefficientlyandcompliantly
• Conductinginterimandperformancereviewsandsupportingdevelopmentplanning
• Monitoringfinancialperformanceandensuringtargets,KPIsandSLAsaremet
• Managingworkloadallocation,deadlines,andfilequalityacrosstheteam
• Identifyingandescalatingriskandcomplianceissueswhereappropriate
• HandlingasmallcaseloadofEL/PLmatters,includinghigher-valueclaimswhererequired
• Actingasaclientcontactandsupportingbusinessdevelopmentandclientrelationshipinitiatives
