Transaction Services Associate Director – Glasgow / Edinburgh

We are currently working with a leading global advisory firm that is looking to appoint a Transaction Services Associate Director to join its established Scotland team, with opportunities available in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen.

The team advises private equity investors, corporates and financial sponsors across a broad range of complex buy-side and sell-side transactions. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across the Scottish market, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing Transaction Services platform offering significant client exposure, leadership responsibility and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver Financial Due Diligence engagements across a broad range of mid-market and larger transactions.
Manage projects from initial scoping through to final report delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client service throughout.
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, private equity investors, management teams and other advisers.
Lead, mentor and develop junior team members, taking responsibility for the quality and delivery of engagements.
Work closely with Partners and senior leadership on complex transactions and contribute to business development and wider team growth.
Support the continued development of the Transaction Services offering across the Scottish market.

Requirements

Strong Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience gained within a professional services or advisory environment.
Experience operating at Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director level, with a track record of leading engagements.
Proven experience working with private equity, corporate and/or financial sponsor clients.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex engagements.
Experience managing, mentoring and developing teams.
ACA / ACCA / CA qualified preferred, although relevant experience will also be considered.
