This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll continue billing while coaching, mentoring and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.

Why Join?

• Join a globally recognised executive search business with an outstanding reputation.
• Inherit an established, high-performing team.
• Lead within a collaborative, ambitious and high-performance culture.
• One of the strongest commission structures and management bonus schemes in the recruitment market.
• Office-based in Manchester City Centre, creating an environment built around collaboration, coaching and shared success.
• Clear progression opportunities as the business continues its international growth.
• Work with specialist consultants recruiting senior and executive talent for leading organisations around the world.

About You

You'll likely be:

• A successful Billing Manager or experienced Managing Consultant within the FMCG industry.
• Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams.
• Commercially driven with a consistent billing track record.
• Looking for a business where culture, quality and long-term growth are genuinely prioritised.

If you're ambitious, enjoy leading from the front and want to be part of a business that's recognised globally for delivering executive search solutions, I'd love to have a confidential conversation.
