We're recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and award-winning residential lettings team. The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
Carrying out rental valuations and securing new instructions from landlords.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to applicants.
Matching prospective tenants with suitable rental properties based on their requirements.
Negotiating tenancy agreements and terms between landlords and tenants.
Generating new business opportunities and contributing towards branch targets.
Managing enquiries efficiently and ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout the lettings process.
Acting as a senior member of the team, providing support and guidance to colleagues where required.
Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience within residential lettings
Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Professional, confident, and proactive approach
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Competent with Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new systems quickly
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Full UK driving licence
