You will coach and develop the team while ensuring regulatory obligations and customer outcomes are met, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
The role covers Client Money, Safe Custody and SIPP reconciliations, KPI delivery, risk management and collaboration with Technology to enhance platform capabilities.
