Real Estate & Planning Legal PA – What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage complex diary schedules, meetings, calls, lunches, and travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
• Take ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
• Prepare, amend, and produce accurate house-style documents, audio dictation, and document comparisons
• Manage billing processes, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses and disbursements, and liaising with the billing team
• Maintain accurate filing systems, including e-filing, archiving, and opening/closing matter files
• Build strong working relationships with fee earners, clients, and client PAs

Real Estate & Planning Legal PA – What We're Looking For:

• Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience supporting partners within a law firm
• Knowledge of Land Registry, Searchflow and SharePoint advantageous
• Confident and professional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
