EL/PL Casualty Claims Strategist — Fixed Fee

Keoghs in Bolton seeks a Claims Handler to manage EL/PL delegated authority fixed fee caseloads for multiple insurance clients. You’ll work with a Technical Support Lawyer to set strategies and liability decisions and support technical development.

The role requires forensic and analytical skills, experience with documents/evidence, and the ability to handle a busy caseload including Pre-action disclosures and infant approvals. 35 hours weekly.
