Senior Financial Planning Administrator , Client Services , Xplan/Voyant Wealth Management

An established Investment Management firm with UK and International clients. Specialising in Ultra High Net Worth and Investment Management and Wealth Planning / Advice.

The Role:

The Senior Financial Planning Administrator will sit within the Wealth Planning business who provide financial planning and investment advice to wealthy individuals.

The Senior Financial Planning Administrator will provide Client Services Support to Financial Planners and Directors, maintaining high standards that they offer their clients - arranging meeting packs for client meetings.

The Client Service Support work will consist of client onboarding (setting up new clients on the system), implementation of financial advice – liaison with pension and product providers. Pre-completion of forms for new and transferring pensions, protection and ISAs, and submission of forms to providers. The systems used at Xplan and Voyant.

Investment implementation will also form part of the role - placing trades with platform providers to implement investment advice.

The Senior Financial Planning Administrator will provide general administration including client queries, correspondence and client valuations, fees, as well as general Financial Planning research and support including writing suitability reports.

The Candidate

2-5 years’ experience in a Financial Planning administration / Wealth Planning Support.

Experience of Voyant or Xplan would be highly desired - or similar Wealth Planning systems.

A strong focus on providing a high level of client service.

Experience pension administration and life business would be beneficial.

Well-organised and with strong time management skills.

Professional and meticulous – strong attention to detail.
