A leading insurance organisation is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join the finance team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
Deliver insightful monthly management information and performance reporting
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support commercial and strategic decisions
Provide detailed variance analysis and financial commentary for senior stakeholders
Partner with operational and finance teams to drive performance and identify opportunities
Support annual planning cycles and long-term financial planning activities
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams
Essential Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Previous FP&A experience within the insurance sector
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis expertise
Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to build and enhance complex models
