Senior Debt Advisory Analyst – European Transactions

Venture Search in London is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to advise financial sponsors and corporates on complex debt transactions. The role involves structuring, budgeting, lender engagement and execution across a range of debt products, in lean deal teams with exposure to senior management and lenders.

Ideal candidates will have strong modelling, cash-flow analysis and knowledge of leveraged finance, with fluency in English and professional fluency in German or French preferred.
