The Role
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls.
Assist with VAT returns, statutory accounts, audits and regulatory reporting.
Provide financial support and guidance to managers across the business.
Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and systems.
Support, mentor and review the work of junior finance team members.
Contribute to finance projects and wider business initiatives.
About You
Essential
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
Strong experience preparing management accounts.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
