RPC is recruiting a Technical Claims Handler on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Bristol with occasional travel to London, you will manage a diverse professional indemnity claims caseload, applying delegated authority principles and reporting to insurers.
You will identify information gaps, guide insureds and brokers toward appropriate outcomes, and negotiate settlements within authority while maintaining data integrity and high service standards.
