Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a residential housing project in the Hereford area.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day site operations, including coordinating trades, subcontractors, deliveries, plant, materials and site activities.
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, including compliance with the Construction Phase Plan, RAMS, PPE requirements and relevant legislation.
Monitoring quality control and ensuring workmanship, materials and construction meet drawings, specifications, building regulations and company standards.
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the programme is maintained.
Carrying out regular site inspections and addressing any issues or defects.
Working closely with the wider project team to ensure the development is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
