Who are you?

We're looking for an experienced Associate Management Accountant with previous working knowledge in the technology industry. The successful candidate for this role will be part or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA or at the very least studying towards it. You will be able to prioritise, organise and plan work within given deadlines. A team player as well as being self‑motivated to achieve and deliver. This role is pivotal in preparing monthly reports and filing taxes to assist the Finance Manager, so you will need to be comfortable in taking full ownership of the role and working alongside key business stakeholders.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Management Accounts

• Weekly Bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet management & Key system control reconciliations
• Putting up payments in bank and allocating in NetSuite in accordance to proposal
• Credit card and travel reconciliations.
• Month End process - Fixed Asset management and prepayments
• Point of contact between AP team and other sub teams in Finance
• Payroll benefit reconciliations
• Support on audit tasks during the year
• Ad‑hoc duties & reports as required

What we're looking for:

Must have skills/experience:

• Experience of multi‑currency/multi‑company management accounts in a corporate dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels including non‑finance members of staff
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities with strong Excel skills
• Accuracy and an eye for detail
• Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Self‑starter with ability to use own initiative to tackle problems and improve procedures
• Part Qualified i.e. CIMA/ACCA or at least started studying with minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Advantageous skills/experience:

• Month end reporting with extensive P&L and Balance sheet knowledge
• NetSuite experience an advantage but not essential
