To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within the motor trade, vehicle finance, asset finance or another FCA regulated financial services environment.
  • A solid understanding of vehicle finance products, warranties, insurance and FCA compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to manage your own workload and work effectively within a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards professional development, staying up to date with FCA regulations, SAF accreditation and industry best practice.

What's on Offer

  • Monday to Friday working pattern with only occasional Saturday requirements.
  • The opportunity to join a successful, growing and financially strong organisation.
  • Modern office facilities and a supportive, collaborative working environment.
  • Access to a wide panel of lenders and competitive finance products.
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development.
  • A competitive salary, uncapped bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

If you're an experienced finance professional looking to join a growing organisation where your skills will be recognised and your career can progress, we'd welcome your application.
