Senior Paraplanner: Financial Planning & Research Lead

7IM is seeking a Paraplanner to work with advisers across the group, producing clear, compliant reports for wrappers, pensions, ISA and GIA transfers, and investment top-ups. You will research, model cash flows, and support SoS decisions while mentoring junior staff.

You will ensure accurate client communications, manage workloads, and keep up with FCA rules and internal standards within the Xplan system.
