The role reports to the Financial Director.This is a broad, hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of financial reporting, controls and processes within a growing business. It will suit a technically strong accountant, potentially someone who has trained in practice before moving into industry.### The RolePreparation of monthly management accounts and financial reportingGroup reporting and consolidation across multiple entitiesCash flow forecasting and managementPreparation of Board reports and financial analysisBudgeting, forecasting and business planningManagement of year-end accounts and audit processesVAT, PAYE and CIS returnsSupporting lender and external stakeholder relationshipsImproving financial controls, processes and reportingIdentifying opportunities to automate and improve the efficiency of the finance functionDeveloping KPI reporting and providing commercial insight to senior managementSupporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting where required### About YouQualified ACA, ACCA or CIMAStrong management accounting and financial reporting experienceExperience of working across multiple entities would be beneficialGood understanding of controls, processes and financial systemsStrong Excel and IT skillsCommercially minded with excellent attention to detailA hands-on individual who is happy to get involved in the detailImmediate start available for the right candidate.If you are interested in this Financial Controller opportunity or would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact Richard Warwick at IPS Finance.
