In-house Tax Manager

JSS Tax are hiring for an in-house Tax Manager for an instantly-recognizable FTSE-listed business based near to Rickmansworth (supporting 2 or 3 days per week remote working)

This is a full-time permanent role paying circa £60k-£75k plus 15% bonus and benefits package.

Reporting into the Head of Tax, the Tax Manager will take on a varied role focusing on corporate tax but also including some work on VAT/indirect tax and employment taxes. The role has a nice blend of advisory, compliance, business partnering, risk management and project work

The Head of Tax is looking for someone with a strong background in UK corporation tax, and ideally someone fully or part qualified (ACA / ACCA / CTA / ICAS etc.). Experience in other areas of tax such as VAT is beneficial but not required.

It's an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Manager / Manager in practice looking for their first in-house tax role, but would equally suit someone with prior industry experience who is looking for a wider role, a role closer to home in North London, wanting to gain listed experience, or wanting a role with genuine progression opportunities.
