Description

• Oversee corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide tailored tax advice and solutions to a diverse client portfolio.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and offer strategic recommendations.
• Manage and develop relationships with clients, acting as their primary tax contact.
• Support the team with technical tax queries and training as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on clients.
• Assist in business development initiatives, including proposals and presentations.

Profile

• Lead UK and cross-border tax advisory projects, providing high-quality technical support and reporting to tax partners.
• Manage complex tax compliance assignments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships, delivering exceptional service.
• Identify and develop opportunities for additional services across tax, VAT, payroll, corporate finance, and related areas.
• Proactively assess and manage client, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks in line with firm policies.
• Deliver practical, solution-focused advice, undertaking technical research and recommending improvements to clients' business processes.
• Take ownership of client portfolios and project profitability, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in the firm's best interests with the highest standards of integrity.

Job Offer

• A salary between £60,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position in Maidstone.
• Additional benefits as provided by the employer.
• Hybrid working.
