Hybrid Asset Manager: Shape the Future of Welsh Homes
Newport
Codi Group is seeking an Asset Manager in South Wales.
As our Asset Manager, you will play a lead role in helping to shape how, where and when we invest in, improve and future-proof our homes. Working across the business, you'll use a wide variety of property, asset, energy, customer and other insights to support decisions that deliver long term value for our customers and communities. This is a strategic and hands on role, responsible for proactive property management that helps to develop and direct our future investment programmes, asset management priorities and stock optimisation plans across our housing portfolio. You'll use property, condition and energy data to support decision making, balancing compliance, sustainability, value for money and customer outcomes. You'll work closely with colleagues across housing, property, development and regeneration services, building strong relationships and helping shape future investment, energy efficiency improvements and community sustainability initiatives.
We're looking for someone with social housing asset management experience who enjoys working with others, solving problems and helping create better homes and communities.
Codi is a not-for-profit with a big heart and an even bigger mission. As Wales' largest provider of housing, care, and support, we're here to help people live well, feel supported, and rise to their full potential.
We look after almost 25,000 homes across Wales and are gearing up to build more than 4,500 new ones in the next five years. Every day, our teams support nearly 17,000 individuals with services that make a real and uplifting difference to people's everyday lives. With over 3,000 passionate colleagues, Codi is a major player in the Welsh economy-powered by strong partnerships, shared values, and a genuine love for helping communities thrive. Our name says it all: 'Codi' means rise in Welsh. It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.
This is a 37 hour per week role and permanent with a competitive salary, along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.
