CreditAnalyst-WhatYou'llbeDoing:

• Developingsolidrelationshipswitharrangersthroughparticipatinginlenders'meetingandwithrelationshipmanagertosolicitpotentialsyndicationloansintheprimaryandsecondarymarketsforstablebusinessdevelopment.
• CoordinatingloanapplicationprocessofHeadOfficeapprovalwithHeadOfficeCreditManagementDepartmentforunderwritingconsiderationsincludingwithoutlimitation,KYCprocedure,majortermsandconditionsreview(loantype,loanamount,loanterms,purpose,security,repayment,pricing,etc),companybusinessoverview,financialperformanceevaluation(historicalandprojected),creditagencies'reportsstudy,industryoutlookresearch,loanpricingrationale,cashflowanddeleveraginganalysis(ifavailable),countryexposureidentification,andsoforth.
• Reviewingcreditagreementssubstantiallyproperlystatedinlinewithoriginaltermsheetandassureallrequiredcollateraldocumentsaccuratelyrecordedintime.
• Conductingindustryreportanalysisformanagement'sreviewregardingcurrentmarketconditions(ifapplicable).
• Maintainingloanfileswellbundledinplacetoensureallrequireddocumentsareeffectiveanduptodate.

CreditAnalyst-TheSkillsYou'llNeedtoSucceed:

• GoodwrittenandverbalskillsinbothEnglishandMandarin.
• SolidCreditAnalysisexperienceinSyndicationLoansorCorporateBankingsector.
• ITskillsforMicrosoftOffice(Word,Excel).
• Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
• Anabilitytoworkunsupervised,goodtimemanagementskillsareessential.
• Willingtolearnandopenmindforjobrotationwithinthedepartment.
