AsourRewardProjectLeadyouwillfocusondrivingkeystrategicprojectsacrosstheRewardlandscape,specificallyleadingeffortsaroundPayTransparencycompliance,theDigitisationofLong-TermIncentivePlans(LTIP),andPayrollingBenefitsinKind(PBIK).

Additionally,therolewillsupportthePeopleOperationsandRewardManager,playinganimportantpartinrewardanalysis,frameworkdevelopmentandmaintenanceandsupportingexecutiveremunerationbenchmarkinganddatapreparation.Youwillprovideinput,analysis,andadviceonallaspectsofreward,includingsalarybenchmarking,rolesizing/jobevaluation,jobfamilies,benefitpackages,andrecognitionprograms.

• PayTransparency&RewardProjects:LeadthedeliveryofPayTransparencyinitiatives,reviewingandenhancingpaystructures,jobfamiliesandjobevaluationframeworksasrequiredtosupportlegislativereadinessandmarketpractise.YouwilldothisinconjunctionwithBusinessLeadersandPerformancePartners.
• DigitisingLTIP:LeadthedigitaltransformationandadministrationofLong-TermIncentivePlans(LTIP),streamliningprocessesthroughHRIS/rewardtechnologyplatforms.
• PBIK&Compliance:Leadorganisationalreadinessformandatorypayrollingbenefitsinkind(PBIK),coordinatingbenefitdata,payrollprocesses,providerrequirements,controlsandyear-endcompliance
• RewardAnalysis:Useresearch,surveys,andmarketdatatoassessthecompany'scompetitiverewardpositionandgeneratereportsoncompensationcosts,workforcedemographics,andrewardprogrameffectiveness.
• JobFrameworks&SalaryReviews:Assistwithyear-endsalaryreviewprocessesanddesignjobevaluationframeworks,jobfamilies,andpayframeworkstodetermineappropriatepaylevelsacrossroles.
• Incentive&RecognitionDesign:Inputintoimprovementandmanagementofbonus/incentiveplansandemployeerecognitionprograms.
• QueryResolution&Advice:Respondtoandresolvecomplexreward,statutorybenefits,andremunerationqueriesfromemployeesandthewiderHRteam.
• DataIntegrity&Systems:Ensureallrewardandcolleaguedataismanagedaccurately,safely,andintegratedcleanlyacrossHRISandbenefitprovidersystems.
• Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:CollaboratewiththewiderPeopleteam,Finance,andexternalbenefitproviderstosharetechnicalknowledgeandensureseamlessexecutionofrewardprograms.
