Are you a Corporate Tax Manager or ambitious Senior/Assistant Manager seeking high-value advisory work, Pillar Two exposure, and genuine progression into Senior Management?

An ambitious, fast-growing mid-tier accountancy practice with a global reach is expanding its Harrow tax team. Working directly alongside experienced Tax Partners, you will advise a prestigious portfolio spanning entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses (OMBs) through to multi-jurisdictional groups with turnovers exceeding £200m.

Key Responsibilities

• Advisory & Planning: Deliver high-level corporate tax advisory projects, including international structuring, cross-border reorganisations, M&A due diligence, and Pillar Two implementation.
• Portfolio & Client Management: Lead relationships across a diverse portfolio of UK and international corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Compliance Oversight: Review complex corporate tax computations and returns prepared by the wider team.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, develop, and review the work of junior tax professionals.
• Partner Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Tax Partners on complex, bespoke consulting assignments and strategic business development.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: CTA qualified, or ACA/ACCA qualified/CTA part-qualified.
• Background: Proven corporate tax experience within an accountancy practice setting.
• Skillset: Strong foundational compliance experience combined with exposure to (or a strong desire to focus on) technical advisory work.
• Attributes: High-level communication skills, client empathy, and a collaborative, ambitious mindset.
• Experienced Assistant Managers ready for their first Manager step-up are strongly encouraged to apply.
