Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects?
Our client is looking for a Capital Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of capital projects across a nationwide portfolio of leisure facilities, sports centres, theatres and golf venues.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing projects from concept through to completion
Leading contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
Managing budgets, programmes and project risks
Delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects within live operational environments
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, building regulations and relevant standards
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong commercial, planning and stakeholder management skills
A construction-related qualification is preferred
CIOB, RICS, IOSH or SMSTS qualifications are desirable
