Audit Manager

What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to sign off
- Review and develop the work of audit seniors and juniors
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and partners
- Ensure audit files meet quality and regulatory standards
- Support the wider team with training and mentoring
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs
- Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple engagements
