AreyouanexperiencedFinancialAdviserlookingforagenuinelong-termopportunitywithagrowing,independentwealthmanagementbusinesswhereyoucaninheritanestablishedclientbankandplayanimportantroleinitssuccessionstrategy?

Thisisanexcellentopportunitytojoinanestablishedindependentwealthmanagementbusinesswith10offices,approximately£175minassetsundermanagementandastrongtrackrecordoforganicgrowth.

Aspartofitscontinuedexpansion,theyarelookingtoappointanexperiencedFinancialAdvisertotakeresponsibilityofanestablishedclientbank,withtheopportunitytogrowthissubstantiallythroughnewbusinessandlocalreferrals.

Thebusinesshasastrongfocusondevelopingadvisersfromwithin,withfurtheropportunitiesexpectedassenioradviserstransitiontowardsretirement.

TheRole

• Manageanddevelopanestablished£10mclientbank.
• Deliverhigh-qualityfinancialadviceacrosspensions,investments,retirementplanningandwealthmanagement.
• Takeresponsibilityforclientrelationshipsandastructuredhandoverfromexistingadvisers.
• Developnewbusinessthroughlocalnetworking,referralsandthefirm'sestablishedofficenetwork.
• BuildstrongrelationshipswithclientsacrossGrantham,Newarkandthesurroundingarea.
• Playakeyroleinthefirm'slonger-termsuccessionstrategy.
• Developyourcareerwithinagrowing,independentwealthmanagementbusiness.

• ExperiencedFinancialAdviserwithstrongpension,investmentandretirementplanningknowledge.
• Confidentmanaginganestablishedclientbankindependently.
• Commerciallyminded,withanappetitefornewbusiness.
• Strongclient-facingandrelationship-managementskills.
• Level4qualifiedasaminimum.
• Willingtotravelacrossthelocalareatomeetclients.
