Senior Residential Valuation Surveyor – Hybrid Role

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Birmingham is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join the Residential Valuation team within UK Residential Value and Risk Advisory. You will valuate across property types, communicate with clients, lenders and borrowers, and deliver written reports to a high standard.

You should be MRICS qualified with 1–2+ years PQE, strong data handling and MS Office skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple instructions while coaching junior staff.
