An excellent opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to lead the delivery of Defined Contribution (DC) operations for a large pension scheme. Working closely with an outsourced administration provider, you will oversee service delivery, regulatory compliance, stakeholder relationships, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About The Role
Lead the delivery of DC pension administration services, working closely with an outsourced provider.
Ensure service standards, compliance requirements, and operational controls are effectively maintained.
Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships, supporting a high-quality member experience.
Oversee team performance, projects, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the DC administration subject matter expert, supporting governance and strategic objectives.
About You
Strong DC pensions administration experience.
Previous team leadership or management experience within pensions.
Good understanding of pensions legislation and industry best practice.
Experience working with third-party administrators and key stakeholders.
Highly organised with strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
