An excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to step into a broader leadership role within a growing business. Working closely with the CFO, you'll take ownership of financial control, month-end reporting, investor reporting and development finance, whilst mentoring and developing members of the finance team.
The Opportunity
Lead and develop members of the finance team
Own month-end financial control and reporting
Review management accounts and financial commentary
Take responsibility for investor reporting and development finance
Partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders
Play a visible role with genuine progression opportunities
About You
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Strong management accounting and financial control experience
Previous experience mentoring or reviewing colleagues' work
Confident communicator with strong Excel skills
