Commercial Underwriter - Hybrid Role + 10% Bonus

IPS Group partners with a leading insurer to recruit several Commercial Underwriters across York, Bristol, Belfast and Glasgow. You will underwrite SME and Mid-Market commercial risks, supporting new business, renewals and MTAs while building strong broker relationships.

The role offers a flexible hybrid model, typically around 2 days in the office, with a salary up to £45,000 plus a 10% bonus and a strong pension/benefits package.
