Centre Point Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties across London. The role is based in North London, office-based, with Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
Responsibilities include end-to-end portfolio management, tenancy matters (Section 8, 13 & 21), coordinating maintenance with contractors, carrying out property inspections, and serving as the main contact for landlords and tenants.
