Business Analyst

Business Analyst - (Contract) Outside IR35

• Role: Business Analyst
• Location: Newcastle (2 days onsite per month)
• Clearance Must hold SC Clearance

Searchability NS&D is hiring two experienced Business Analysts to support the delivery of digital services within a Government environment.

You’ll work across Product, Delivery and UCD teams, translating user and business needs into clear requirements and actionable Agile delivery.

The Scope:

• Run requirements and stakeholder workshops
• Create Epics, user stories and clear acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritise the service backlog with Product
• Support Agile ceremonies, Sprint Reviews and Show & Tell
• Work with UCD and User Research teams to capture and apply user needs
• Ensure requirements align with Government Service Standards and WCAG 2.2 AA
• Identify business, policy and delivery risks and constraints

Experience:

• Business Analysis experience within Government
• Strong experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Understanding of Government Service Standards
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
• Experience working with Product and UCD teams
• JIRA / Confluence experience
