Tribunals Assistant

Role: Tribunals Assistant Location: Manchester City Centre Hourly Rate: £13.46 Start: Week Commencing 5th October Duration: Min. 3 months

Office Angels Manchester are currently recruiting for Tribunals Assistants on behalf of our prestigious client based in Manchester City Centre. These will be temporary roles which will run for 3 months initially, however there is a possibility this will be extended.

The roles will be fully office based.

Interviews for this role will take place week commencing 28th September and the successful candidate must be available to start the following week. Successful candidates are subject to a 2-year reference clearance and a basic DBS check; therefore, you must be able to provide a full reference history and up-to-date proofs of right to work and address.

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

• Assisting with the organising and running of tribunals/hearings
• Providing support face to face, over the phone and via email to all parties involved in tribunals
• Planning and preparing for tribunals
• Supporting managing casework loads
• Ensuring all administration duties are completed
• Handling all telephone and email enquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience within a legal / casework environment would be highly advantageous
• Strong literacy and administration skills
• Exceptional customer service skills both face to face and over the phone
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
