About the Role

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving results? We’re looking for a Transaction Manager to join our Loughborough team, specialising in used car sales.

As a Transaction Manager at Sandicliffe Loughborough, you will play a pivotal role in maximising sales opportunities, ensuring compliance, and supporting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to deliver a seamless and exciting purchase experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring all finance, insurance, and paperwork is completed accurately and compliantly.
Present and tailor finance and add-on products based on customer needs.
Build strong relationships with customers and guide them confidently through their purchasing journey.
Support and coach the Sales team to improve performance and close deals.
Conduct part-exchange valuations and provide sound advice to customers.
Maintain accurate records, diary management, and post-sale follow up.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and drive showroom performance.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally previous experience in a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or similar role within an automotive dealership.
We also welcome applications from successful, motivated Sales Executives who are looking to take the next step in their automotive career.
Strong understanding of vehicle finance, insurance products, and compliance.
Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence
