Seeking a highly motivated Consumer M&A Associate/VP to join a leading investment banking team covering Retail, Leisure and Consumer.

Opportunity to join a Global Investment Bank, that is growing its market share in Europe. They have recently made some impressive MD hires and are wanting to expand the team further. The team have worked on some impressive mandates and have a strong pipeline for the year.

Experience Needed

• Consumer M&A experience gained from an elite boutique, bulge bracket or a strong upper mid market bank
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial statement analysis, and transaction execution processes
