Restructuring Analyst: Hands-On Advisory & Growth

Kroll is seeking a Restructuring Analyst to support our advisory team on distressed situations across industries. You will assist with financial analysis, drafting independent reviews, and supporting accelerated M&A processes and asset realisations, under supervision.

Role includes 12–24 months’ experience in restructuring, study support, and hands-on client exposure from day one, with opportunities to liaise with lenders, asset agents, and solicitors while developing your commercial awareness.
