Transaction Tax Assistant Manager – Hybrid Private Equity Deals

Michael Page is recruiting for a Deals Tax Assistant Manager to join the Private Equity & Credit team in the UK. You will work with Directors and Partners on transaction tax projects for private equity funds, credit investors and corporate clients through acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and refinancing.
