We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing medium sized turnover business seeking an experienced Finance Manager . This role offers a genuine opportunity to become a permanent member of the finance team as the business continues to develop and invest in its infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and production of monthly management accounts.
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of financial controls.
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Producing financial reports and providing meaningful insight to senior management.
Cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
Supporting year-end processes and liaising with external auditors.
Managing and improving financial processes, controls and reporting.
Business partnering with operational managers and directors.
Supporting finance transformation initiatives and driving efficiencies across the finance function.
Assisting with ERP implementation, system migration or finance system upgrades.
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout periods of organisational change.
You will ideally possess:
Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
Previous involvement in ERP system implementation, finance transformation projects, or major system migrations.
Experience managing finance processes during periods of business change.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
Advanced Excel skills and experience using modern ERP or accounting systems.
A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
