Group Brand Manager: Growth Strategy & P&L Lead

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Group Brand Manager to own the long-term vision, P&L health, and strategic growth of the brand. You will design multi-year growth plans, determine where to play, and win by driving a three-year roadmap for the hub (UK, DK, SE, NO, FI, IE) while ensuring brand superiority.

In this role you will steer brand messaging, define innovation pipelines, and manage the A&P budget to maximize ROI.
