We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of key technical workstreams within a major COINS ERP transformation programme . You will own the planning, governance and delivery of data migration, system integrations, reporting, and archiving activities, ensuring successful implementation of the COINS ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Data & Integration workstream, managing plans, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate COINS ERP data migration, integrations, Microsoft Fabric reporting and archiving activities.
• Manage internal teams, implementation partners and suppliers to deliver programme objectives.
• Oversee testing, cutover, go-live readiness and transition to support.
• Provide clear governance, executive reporting and stakeholder communications.

Skills & Experience

• Proven Technical Project Management experience delivering ERP implementations , preferably COINS ERP .
• Strong understanding of ERP data migration, system integrations, reporting and deployment.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, RAID management and delivery governance skills.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes and executive-level updates.
• Hands‑on experience with COINS ERP , Microsoft Fabric , Power BI or similar data platforms.
• Experience within housebuilding, construction, property or project‑based environments.

This is a key leadership role within a high‑profile COINS ERP programme, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of critical technical capabilities that enable business transformation.
