A leading travel brand is looking for a senior UX designer to shape what happens after a customer books, with particular focus on what happens when things go wrong.
What you'll be doing
Designing the post-booking journey across web and native apps, from pre-travel through to on-the-day
Tackling disruption scenarios (delays, cancellations, rebooking, refunds) and designing how digital helps customers recover from them
Getting to grips with the operational side so solutions work in the real world, not just on screen
Planning and running research and usability testing, then iterating on the findings
Working closely with product, engineering, operations and wider stakeholders
What we're looking for
Strong end-to-end UX experience across web and mobile apps
Solid research and testing skills, with evidence of how insight changed your designs
Experience within travel or ecommerce would be ideal
Confident handling stakeholders and linking your work to business metrics
