Leverage Finance Associate — Hybrid London

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Associate in Leverage Finance in London. You will help originate and execute structured debt transactions across mid to large-cap markets, supporting senior colleagues and contributing to the team’s plan and income.

You’ll prepare credit and investment committee papers, produce client materials, and analyse complex data to inform discussions with private equity sponsors and corporate clients. This is a hybrid role based in London.
