Head of Investment Administration

Head of Investment Administration | Up to £100k + benefits | Bristol 2/3 days per week

We are currently recruiting for a senior leadership opportunity with a growing financial services organisation, looking for an experienced Investment Operations / Investment Administration leader to take ownership of a large-scale operational function.

You'll lead multiple teams across areas including dealing, reconciliations, banking, corporate actions, asset onboarding and investment servicing , with responsibility for operational performance, risk, governance and client outcomes.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Significant leadership experience across Investment Administration, Investment Operations, Wealth or Platform Operations
• Strong understanding of investment products, custody and platform operations
• Excellent knowledge of FCA, CASS 6 & 7 and Consumer Duty
• Experience leading large operational teams
• A proven track record of transformation, automation and continuous improvement
• Strong client and senior stakeholder management skills
• Experience within an outsourced financial services environment would be highly advantageous

This is a genuine Head of Function role with significant scope to shape the operating model and play a key part in the organisation's growth.

Hybrid 2/3 days per week onsite
