Bigger things on your mind?
Lets be honest, the residential market has been tough for the last couple of years, and that has probably had an impact on your own career advancement! Despite a stale UK housing market, there are some that are working differently, and partnering with blue chip clients to deliver high quality partnership housing. This company is a great example of how to win profitable work by partnering with the right clients, and creating excellent profits through first rate delivery and supply chain integration.
Solid growth has led to the creation of a new role for a Senior Commercial Manager to take the lead on a major project for the southern region, providing full commercial control for a residential project valued in excess of £100m.
Responsible for leading the site based commercial team, you will be responsible for all elements of commercial success, working with all stakeholders and reporting to the Commercial Director. It is likely you will have recent relevant experience managing major residential projects and have experience with Tier One contractors.
The company offer an excellent salary and benefits package, together with hybrid working and great long term career prospects.
