Overview
New opportunity exists with this leading and expanding Hertfordshire practice for a commercial litigation solicitor. The firm are Legal 500 rated and known for their friendly, collaborative culture. They are seeking a senior commercial litigation solicitor to work on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes for businesses, directors, shareholders and private clients.
Responsibilities
- Contract disputes
- Director / shareholder disputes
- Insolvency litigation
- Assisting a Partner with larger multi-track claims
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior solicitors and traineesAttending hearings, mediations and client meetings
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Supporting business development, networking and marketing initiatives
About you
- 7+ years' PQE
- Strong technical knowledge and a deep understanding of commercial litigation
