Offsite Standardisation Lead (DFMA & BIM)

Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager (electrical/mechanical bias) to lead standardised offsite products across the business from Leeds, with openness to other locations. You will drive product roadmaps, collaborate with technical, manufacturing, design, estimating and project teams to ensure standards are embedded in designs and delivered on-site.

The role requires extensive building services experience, DFMA mindset, and strong stakeholder influence.
